  30km (19 miles) from the city, handles international and some domestic flights.
  The maglev train runs daily, 8.30am-5.30pm; 80 yuan to the eastern fringes of the city at Longyang Road Station. That's a 25-minute taxi ride into downtown Shanghai. It is faster to take a taxi straight from the airport. Taxis to downtown Pudong will take 40 minutes and cost about 120 yuan. Taxis to the city centre in Puxi take an hour and cost around 160 yuan.
• Hongqiao Airport ph: 6268 8918-2
  19km west of the centre of Shanghai, Hongqiao handles domestic flights only. Taxis wait to the far left of the terminal exit. It's about 30 minutes into the city centre and around 50 minutes to Pudong.
