Butterfly Spring
Situated at the foot of Yunlong Peak of the Cangshan Mountain, 27 km south of the Dali Old Town, Butterfly Spring is surrounded by ancient camphor trees. The phenomenon dates back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 A.D).
The three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple, built between 822 and 859, are located 1 kilometer northwest of the ancient city of Dali.
